- Current study recruitment:
- Study 1: This online study will compare the benefits of two approaches to eating (Mediterranean and Time-Restricted Eating) when added to regular care for bipolar disorder. We're looking for people who can help us understand ways in which these food plans may or may not help improve quality of life by sharing their experiences with us as they try one of these food plans. This study will involve several different questions because we sincerely want to deeply understand each person's experience during this study, and those who take part will be paid at a rate of $25/hour for time spent completing assessments.
