Undergraduate
While at Berkeley, I had the opportunity to conduct undergraduate research in two outstanding labs. I worked on interesting questions including: do powerful people break the bystander effect? What are the neural measures of anxiety? Can a person's decision to vote be predicted by the frequency of his or her voice? Answering these questions helped me realize that I love doing research (even though anything that can go wrong in research, always does). I ended up applying to graduate schools as a senior and am now a grad student at the University of Chicago. Any current undergrads seeking advice about how to get into research, what graduate school is like, or what to expect during interviews - feel free to shoot me an email!
