During Phase I and Phase II of Tele-Bears, priority registration
is limited to Psychology Majors. Non-Psychology majors are welcome to place 
their name on the waiting list and depending on space availability may be 
added to the course some time during Phase II or may be added at the 
discretion of the instructor after the first class meeting.
