Changes in Student Services Office!!
As fall semester is quickly approaching we want to inform our
students of staff changes in the Student Services Office. After many years on the Berkeley campus, Jane Tupper retired in July. We know she will be missed as she was truly dedicated to meeting the needs of our students. With Jane’s absence, we ask that students inquiring about the undergraduate program contact Kristina Gacutan, one of the new Undergraduate Advisors for the Psychology department. All graduate matters should be directed to Michael Ortt, the Graduate Advisor.

Nancy Leon joins us as our new department Contracts & Grants staff member. She replaces Josie Fernandez who retired in June.
"I was born in Oakland CA, and raised in Berkeley. I have been a Berkeley Girl all my life. I earned a Business Degree from San Francisco State. I am married and have a 2 year old daughter. I love to cook and would love to work with pre-school kids in the future."

Sabrina Nava joins us as our new department editor & faculty support. She replaces Paulette Comeau who retired in June.
"I am originally from Whittier, Ca. I moved to northern California to study Sociology at UC Berkeley. In the near future, I plan to attend graduate school for sociology. On my free time i like to take and develop black and white photographs."

Elika Hoffmann joins the department as the new Academic Personnel Associate.
She comes to us from the University of Michigan where she was an employment specialist in the Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology department. She received a degree in Psychology from UCSC and also earned her HR Management certificate from UCSD Extension.

Kristina Gacutan, previously with the College of Letters and Science at UC Santa Barbara, joins our Student Services Office this month.
She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology from UCSB and has held advising positions in the College of Engineering and Department of Economics. She enjoys outdoor activities and is a football fanatic.
