Congratulations to Jason Okonofua for receiving the 2017 Cialdini Prize from the Society for Personality and Social Psychology

Jason Okonofua has been awarded a 2017 Cialdini Prize from the Society for Personality and Social Psychology. Jason, along with co-authors David Paunesku and Gregory Walton will be awarded the prize for their paper  "Brief intervention to encourage empathic discipline cuts suspension rates in half among adolescents” at the 2017 SPSP meeting. The methodological rigor, external validity, and societal importance of the research presented in the paper exemplify the values that Robert Cialdini brought to the field of social psychology.
